Mystique Care

Orchid Mystiques are the result of a process that infuses orchids with a specially formulated medium.
Mystiques have been perfected after many years of research and testing using naturally derived elements while remaining environmentally conscious.

Mystiques are available in several different varieties: Pink, Blue, Cyprus, Indigo and Lila.

STEP 1

Mystiques are phalaenopsis orchids and should follow the same care instructions. However, Mystique orchids may become dry more frequently than other phalaenopsis. You should check your Mystique orchid for dryness twice a week.

STEP 2

Slide the plant with the grow pot from the decorative container and inspect the orchid’s roots. Healthy roots will be green and grey. Once they become greyish and the growing medium is dry it is ready for watering.

STEP 3

Drench the roots at the base of the plant until all the roots are covered in water. Leave the plant dunked in water for one minute.

Step 4

Then fully drain the plant for another two minutes. Water should not be dripping from the bottom, nor should it be sitting in an enclosed container holding water. Be sure to discard any residual water before returning the plant to the decorative container.

STEp 5

Continue to check your orchid for dryness. If it feels dry to the touch, water your orchid once again mid-week.

Your Mystique orchid will rebloom in its original color, which could be white or purple.
